Sofortmed is an independent company headquartered in Germany. We help Russian-speaking patients receive treatment at leading German university and private hospitals: we arrange diagnostic tests, consultations with specialists, surgical and conservative treatment, rehabilitation, and support for families throughout the entire process.
We are not a clinic and do not provide medical services on our own behalf. Our role is to guide you through the German healthcare system: finding a clinic and doctor suited to your specific diagnosis, negotiating treatment costs directly with the hospital, preparing visa documents, arranging for the translation of medical reports, and providing personal assistance from a medical interpreter.
All our processes are built around a single principle: transparency. Our clinic’s rates are official and include no hidden fees. Before treatment begins, you will receive a detailed second opinion from independent specialists. Upon completion of treatment, you will receive a medical report in Russian for follow-up care at home.
